Hamilton County - Issue 2

In 2023, Ohio voters overwhelmingly supported Issue 2, an initiated bill to legalize recreational marijuana. Hamilton County voted to approve the measure by 65.8%, overperforming the statewide “Yes” result by 8 points. Compared to Issue 1 (abortion legalization), Issue 2 results were significantly less polarized.
